Leadership Team

Ben is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of diverse experience supporting clients across business, education, and government sectors. Prior to joining the USM Technology team, he owned and operated a Managed Services Provider in Sacramento, CA, for 19 years, and earlier in his career, he worked for GE as part of the IT Solutions arm of GE Capital. Ben's expertise extends to serving as a trusted advisor in CIO and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) roles for various businesses.

Throughout his career, Ben has maintained a focus on his role as a technical resource and stays abreast of the latest business technology trends. This commitment enables him to deliver optimal solutions to clients. His project involvement spans projects of varying scales in both private and public sector enterprises, covering diverse verticals such as healthcare, education, insurance and finance, manufacturing, retail, Software as a Service, and more.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ben finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, exploring the vibrant Dallas area. Additionally, he is an avid competitive shooter and a proud member of the prestigious Team Beretta action pistol team. Ben travels nationally to participate in competitions throughout the year.
